Offering Swim to Survive without financial help

If you wish to offer the Swim to Survive Program to a group of children without the Lifesaving Society’s financial support, follow these four simple steps:

  1. Find an aquatic facility for the aquatic lessons.

  2. Draw up a budget. Budget must include the instructors and lifeguards’ salary as well as pool rental, transportation (if necessary) and program ($4/participant) fees. We strongly recommend to check with all parties involved for any existing or potential technical service agreement that can help with the project’s funding. You can also have a look at our list of suggestions for possible sources of revenue (in French only).

  3. Complete the participation form . If you need help with the form, do not hesitate to contact us). Once the form is received, the Lifesaving Society will contact you.
    -  The invoice ($4/participant program fees) will be sent to the person in charge of the project.
    -  A few weeks before the first aquatic lesson, achievement certificates will be mailed, and all necessary documents will be emailed.

  4. Complete the evaluation result form (available in French only. If you need help with the form, do not hesitate to contact us).

Contact the Lifesaving Society for any question you might have – we will be happy to help and support you throughout the whole process!
