The Lifesaving Society’s emergency first aid trainings are 8-hour courses that teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid techniques for high-priority emergencies that threaten the victim’s life. These courses are as much intended for the general public as for people who work in a specific field, such as child care workers and people from the sports and recreation field.
